About Me
Hi, I’m Jessie — a mom of three, Nutritionist, and holistic wellness professional with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and a passion for making wellness practical, nourishing, and sustainable in real life.
I support individuals and families through personalized nutrition and wellness services that go far beyond coaching. My work includes in-home meal prep, nutrition consulting, grocery store tours, kitchen and pantry resets, clean living consultations, weight-loss medication support, wellness workshops, cooking classes, and healthy catering for one-off events. I also create better-for-you treats and intentional jewelry and crystal creations designed to support a balanced, mindful lifestyle.
At the core of everything I offer is a simple belief: food should be joyful, nourishing, and realistic. My approach focuses on eating the best quality whole foods your budget allows—organic, grass-fed, and pasture-raised when possible—while practicing intuitive eating and focusing on nutrients, not calorie obsession.
My work is deeply rooted in personal experience. After being overweight for much of my life, I lost over 50 pounds and have maintained that loss for more than 12 years. That journey taught me that true wellness isn’t about restriction, perfection, or quick fixes—it’s about creating systems and habits that support you consistently, over time.
Whether I’m working with you one-on-one, in your home, in the kitchen, or with a group, my goal is to help you feel confident, energized, and supported in your relationship with food, your body, and your daily life. Together, we build wellness that feels good—not forced—because lasting change comes from small, intentional steps done with care.
When it comes to your health and happiness, sometimes you just have to Jess Do It. 💫
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, families, and groups who want wellness support that is practical, personalized, and rooted in real life—not perfection.
You may be a good fit if you:
Want clear, supportive nutrition guidance without restriction, shame, or overwhelm
Need hands-on help with in-home meal prep, grocery store tours, or kitchen and pantry resets
Are navigating weight changes or weight-loss medication support and want sustainable habits alongside it
Care about eating well but want it to feel joyful, flexible, and realistic for your budget and season of life
Are interested in clean living and want simple, non-extreme guidance for your home
Enjoy learning through cooking classes, wellness workshops, and group experiences
Are hosting an event and want healthy, nourishing catering or better-for-you treats for a one-off gathering
Working With Children & Families
I especially love working with children and families, because a healthy relationship with food starts early—when we first begin preparing and choosing food for ourselves.
I offer body-positive, age-appropriate healthy cooking workshops for kids, designed to build confidence in the kitchen, curiosity around food, and a positive connection to eating—without labeling foods as “good” or “bad.”
My healthy catering and better-for-you treats are also a great fit for children’s birthday parties and family events, offering nourishing options that still feel fun, celebratory, and kid-approved.
I often work with busy parents, families looking to create healthier routines together, and anyone ready to feel more confident and supported in their relationship with food, their body, and their daily life.
If you’re looking for rigid meal plans, extreme restriction, or quick fixes, we likely won’t be a good match. My work is for those who want sustainable wellness that grows with them—starting at any age.
